Install MetaMask

MetaMask is a digital wallet that lets you interact with blockchain apps. You’ll need it to deposit funds and mint ToneFinance tokens.

Step 1: Download MetaMask

Visit metamask.io  and click “Download”.

Choose your browser:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Edge

Step 2: Add to Your Browser

1. Click the browser extension button (top right)
2. Find MetaMask and click “Add to Browser” (or similar)
3. Confirm when your browser asks for permission

Step 3: Create or Import a Wallet

MetaMask will ask if you want to:

• Create a new wallet (if you’re new to crypto)
• Import an existing wallet (if you already have one)

Create a New Wallet

1. Click “Create a new wallet”
2. Create a strong password (you’ll need this every time you use MetaMask)
3. Save your Secret Backup Phrase somewhere safe
   • This is 12 random words
   • Anyone with these words can access your wallet
   • Store them in a password manager or write them down and keep them somewhere secure
4. Confirm your phrase by selecting the words in order

Import an Existing Wallet

1. Click “Import an existing wallet”
2. Enter your 12-word recovery phrase (or 24 if you have a longer one)
3. Create a new password for this browser

Step 4: You’re Ready

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll see your wallet address (starts with 0x…) at the top of MetaMask.
